Working from a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, I have worked in educational and private practice settings with children, teens, and adults. I have helped clients navigate anxiety, depression, neurodiversity issues (including ADHD, gifted learners, and Autism Spectrum-related issues), emotional regulation, trauma, and navigating family and life transitions. I am LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming. I strive to provide an environment of safety and trust for clients to explore presenting issues. I also believe in collaborating with clients to build therapeutic goals and to achieve them by cultivating individual strengths.
