I have extensive history working with children, teens and adults working through difficult behaviors, parental relational issues, trauma and abuse, reunification, foster and adoption issues, anxiety, depression and ADHD. If you are a parent, who has a trauma history and find that your children's behaviors trigger your PTSD, I can help. Not only can I help you move through and past your trauma, but I can also help you parent in a way that reduces your frustration, encourages your child to follow directions and decrease tantrums, but also build strong bonds with your child.
