Adrienne De Vaughn is a Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Certified School Adjustment Counselor from Boston, Massachusetts. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Spelman College and returned to Boston determined to use her education to serve the youth and families in her community. After starting a career with the Department of Children and Families, Adrienne obtained her Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology and an Advanced Professional Certificate in School Adjustment Counseling from Lesley University. She has worked for The Department of Children & Families for 13 years in multiple roles from Ongoing Social Worker in the Sexual Abuse, Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Medical units to After-Hours Emergency Response Worker. She also earned a Post-Master’s Clinical Certificate in Relational and Multi-Contextual Treatment of Trauma from Simmons University.
