Immediate openings- including evening appointments! I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate difficult life transitions, family conflict, and relationship issues. Together, we can learn how to make room for working differently with feelings like anxiety, depression, or shame that can often show up in unhelpful ways in our relationships. My background in family systems has prepared me to be able to give you the tools you need to improve functioning in your relationships. Two of the approaches I use are solution focused therapy and cognitive behavior therapy which can help people approach difficulties.
