Hello all! I’m a mental health professional with over 15 years of experience. I’m from Washington, DC area and graduated from Howard University and The University of Maryland School of Social Work. I gained my experience working in Mental/Behavioral Health with positions with the State of Maryland, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Recovery Centers of America, and the Department of Defense/Department of the Army to name the most impactful. My specialties include treating individuals plagued with issues related to trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, and related disorders. The group I have the most experience in treating are people of color (mostly Black/African Americans), military veterans and current military personnel. I also enjoy working with those that have assorted physical disabilities, seen or unseen.
