I specialize in highly sensitive people, childhood anxiety and OCD, and parenting challenges. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and I hold a certification as a youth mental health specialist. I understand the unique challenges that high sensitivity or anxious people face. Highly sensitive people think, care, and feel deeply. However, that sensitivity also brings overwhelm, perfectionism, overstimulation, and burnout. I believe those with sensitivity don’t need to toughen up, they need to learn how to harness it.
