WELCOME! I have been working in mental health for over 20 years. I hold a dual degree and license in both Professional Counseling and Creative Arts Therapy. My experience includes working primarily with adults and young adults, taking a Humanistic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach. I believe that every individual holds the capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Central to my work is creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, seen, and accepted just as you are.
