Hello, I’m Adrienne. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over nine years of experience helping children and adults cope with life stressors. I earned my Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Kentucky in 2017. My therapeutic approach is rooted in CBT and family systems theory. I incorporate whole-body wellness and a holistic approach to treatment. I provide individual counseling incorporating support systems as needed. The first session is all about building rapport and explaining the therapeutic process. We will review and discuss the documents that were completed prior to the session and discuss the challenges that brought you in to therapy. We will discuss informed consent, boundaries, and confidentiality.
