I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is licensed in California, Georgia, and North Carolina. I have been working in the mental health and substance abuse field for over 10 years in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. When I am not practicing therapy I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my partner of 9 years and our four children aged 8, 6, and 3 yo twins, and our menagerie of animals. For self-care, I enjoy reading, practicing yoga, and going on nature walks with the family.
