My goal as a therapist is to create a space with you to feel safe enough to work together on your issues. I am certified as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have worked with clients dealing with past trauma that has impacted their daily living. I offer skills to help identify trauma responses and work with you on reducing those symptoms. I am also level 2 trained in the Gottman Method and have worked with couples on their communication within the relationship and empowered them to build trust and commitment. I have worked in various inpatient and outpatient settings with clients with positive results.
