I’m passionate about helping people discover new paths forward, develop healthier communication, build new routines, heal from past experiences that continue to cause pain, and prepare for the life transitions ahead. My background includes working with domestic violence survivors, EMS professionals, correctional officers, couples (including LGBTQAI+ couples), high‑conflict partners, individuals, college students, teens, and the “adulty adult” population. No matter what you’re carrying, I offer a safe and supportive space to process your thoughts and emotions.
