I specialize in issues such as life changes/transitions, loss/grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, family and life stressors, spirituality, and emotional regulation. I utilize training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Solutions Focused, and mindfulness to create an individualized plan and approach that best suits you and your needs.
