Life is hard, working as a therapist to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their optimal potential is the most rewarding part of my practice. I believe in client focused treatment, where therapist and client collaborate in the healing process. Mindful attunement can cultivate self awareness and self compassion. Depending on the goodness of fit, I am well trained and use a variety of treatments, including, Rational Emotive Therapy, CBT and DBT. I incorporate psychodrama when appropriate and beneficial to the Client.
