I view each person in a holistic framework that encompasses cognitive, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects. The goal of our work together is to achieve a sense of balance in your life where all aspects of you are working together in harmony to achieve wellness. My training and experience encompass an eclectic approach that combines the newest research and time tested theories, strategies, and techniques. The therapeutic relationship is a learning experience. My expertise gained over 25 years teaching adult and traditional students in higher education including children and in private practice gives me a unique perspective. My specialty areas include: increasing/managing the client's ability to focus cognitively, emotionally, behaviorally, academically, and physically.
