Are you an adult or mature teen with ADHD or adult with anxiety, post rehab issues or sleep (insomnia) issues? I would love the opportunity to guide you on your life's journey. On the "seas of life" it is normal to have a whole variety of experiences, from calm waters on a bright and sunny day to horrific choppy waters with gigantic waves ready to threaten your very existence (like trauma). Then again, it could be something you're born with (like ADHD) that makes steering your life's ship very difficult. Whatever your situation is, I am ready to be your co-captain and help you steer to calmer waters to the port of your choice.
