The ideal therapy client is the individual who needs help and approaches psychotherapy as highly motivated and committed to make change. Individuals who seek therapy have been in emotional pain for a long period of time. Many struggle and feel stuck in the present with issues they haven't effectively dealt with from their past. In this way, present problems become a trigger for an unresolved past trauma. The client who is seeking alleviation from emotional pain, chronic anxiety, and depression, especially from past trauma and abuse is the client who will benefit from my expertise.
