As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions. Clients are given a safe and compassionate space to allow for vulnerability, while integrating an approach that comes from a multicultural lens, is client-centered, strengths based, and focused on understanding the client and their relationships. Certified in Perinatal Mental Health, I am a fierce advocate for mothers experiencing depression or anxiety during pregnancy and postpartum.
