For many, staying alive is an act of immense strength. As a clinician with experience supporting those who live with chronic suicidal thoughts, I’m here to walk alongside you and help you build tools that support your well-being—on your terms. If you’re carrying thoughts of not wanting to live, it doesn’t mean you’re broken—it means you’re hurting. I also work with survivors of profound trauma, including interpersonal violence, trafficking, and identity-based harm. More importantly, I work with those who want to go from "surviving" to "thriving". This is a space where all parts of you, including the darkest thoughts, are welcome.
