Searching for support in one’s healing journey is an act of love and courage, yet it may feel challenging and scary. I take great care in building a safe container where clients feel seen, heard, and held. Working collaboratively, I respect the internal wisdom of each person, and I believe that there is sacred wisdom and communication that happens inside the body. I gently offer clients the opportunity to explore and feel what is happening internally. I embrace all that shows up within the sacred therapeutic space and empower each person to listen to the wisdom within, that ultimately guides the work that we do together.
