My ideal client is an adult, parent, or couple feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected. They may struggle with anxiety, trauma, people-pleasing, or relationship conflict and poor communication. Individually or together, they feel stuck in loops they're tired of repeating. They want relief, clarity, and deeper connection. Their goal is to feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with their values- building healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life.
