My approach is integrative and concentrates on assisting individuals to explore and challenge habits/thoughts/patterns which impact emotions, behaviors, relationships, sleep, work, energy, motivation, and goals. Assist with Identifying negative or distorted thinking patterns that often lead to feelings of hopelessness and helplessness. Provide psycho-education on specific life problems that may increase depression and help patients understand how to solve or improve on those problems.
