I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience working with Clients who are suffering from Depression and Anxiety or have Relationship issues, Life Transitions including Early Adulthood, and Mid-Life Crisis issues. In addition, I also work with marital and pre-marital couples who want to make their relationship a happier one. I have an empathic and direct approach with helping my clients develop insight into their problems, learn new coping skills and create the life that they wish.
