Hello! Life can throw you a curve ball now and then. I have been working in the counseling field for over 20 years; as a youth counselor first and marriage and family therapist for 14 years I have experience treating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, marriage matters, troubled adolescents, major life transitions, trauma and more. I have worked with all ages: from 3 year-olds to the young 80 year-olds. I work with individuals, couples, families and conduct group counseling sessions. As a therapist I am committed to the success of my clients. My goal is to work in partnership with people, provide support, guidance and genuine care.
