I'm here to be your personal guide as you conquer your very own mountain. When life becomes difficult, we forget how strong we really are. We forget how much life has to offer us. Sometimes, it can become so hard that we can't even remember a time when we felt joy. Our emotions can play such a powerful part in how we experience our lives. We may become paralyzed with indecision and anxiety or become impulsive and regretful. As a licensed professional counselor, I will work alongside you, inviting the joy back into your life. Together, we will find your strengths and maybe even discover new strengths along the way. View 6 Photos I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. My education and training includes mental health counseling and art therapy with some psychodynamic studies. Along with traditional talk therapy, my practice involves using the creative process, such as using imagery, and symbolism. For those interested, I also incorporate energy work such as Reiki.
