About
Invisible illness affects an estimated 10% of the population. It can be difficult to cope with physical and neurological conditions that are not immediately apparent to others. Autoimmune disorders, infertility, and traumatic brain injuries are among some of the many conditions that may cause judgement and misunderstanding resulting in emotional distress for the individual. My goal is to help you find clarity, strength, and resilience as you move forward in your journey. Guiding individuals in coping with life's changes and transitions, I help cultivate curiosity to deepen understanding of life experiences. An invisible illness, especially a newly diagnosed physical or neurological condition, can generate a change in identity or questioning a sense of self. Success within my practice is providing a safe, nonjudgmental space to openly share experiences and promote kindness toward self. I support clients in examining these ideas at their own pace.
