There is a lot of things going on in world today from, economic changes to post Covid-19 adjustments increasing the level of stress on top of the day-to-day life. Especially, for clients diagnosed with depression or anxiety being in a place of extreme fearfulness or withdrawn makes if increasingly difficulty to navigate emotionally. Also, clients who are struggling with a medical diagnosis, cancer, diabetes or hypertension to name a few causing life changing disruptions. The overall goal is to provide new coping skills and move clients from a place of despair, self-doubt and hopelessness. With that said I embrace the place where you are emotionally and welcome the opportunity to assist in navigating my clients to a place of wellbeing health. My background is broad over twenty years' experience that span the full life cycle from birth to end of life. My experience and knowledge base helps to achieve a solution driven connection.
