I have been in practice for over 30 years and provide support, aide in growth and recovery through individual psychotherapy. "Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass....it's about learning to dance in the rain" (unknown). I deal with issues related to the impact of trauma . These can be eating disorders, self harming thoughts and behaviors, sexual issues, mood disorders, anxiety, etc. I provide a high level of skill within the context of a warm, nurturing environment.
