I wholeheartedly believe that it is okay not to be okay and asking for help is a sign of strength. I am committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, substance use, and therapy, especially within minority communities where seeking support is not always normalized. I support individuals navigating relationship challenges, identity and self-esteem concerns, adjustment issues, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. As a clinician, my primary goal is to build a safe, trusting relationship that empowers you to grow and reach your personal goals.
