I specialize in working with children and teens experiencing challenges related to Autism Spectrum Disorder, behavioral concerns, anxiety, and depression. I understand that a child’s struggles impact the entire family. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy,l techniques. I strive to create a supportive and engaging space where young clients can safely express themselves, build coping skills, and grow in confidence. I collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to support and reinforce progress beyond the therapy room. I also work with adults navigating trauma and stress-related experiences.
