Whether it is your first time reaching out for therapy or you have gone to therapy before and not gotten the results you were hoping to achieve. I strive to create a safe and trusting space where you can feel seen, heard and understood that empowers you to find your way to a meaningful life, whatever that means to YOU. I work with adults on issues spanning the life cycle including depression, anxiety, relationships, trauma, women's issues, and life transitions.
