Starting therapy is a meaningful and important step, and I am glad you are here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Southern California, offering telehealth statewide. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life's many challenges. I am bilingual in Spanish and provide therapy in both English and Spanish, creating a supportive space where you can feel understood and supported. My approach is collaborative and flexible-I draw from a variety of therapeutic tools to meet you where you are and support your progress in a way that feels authentic and encouraging.
