Uplift & Imagine (U&I) LLC was established to help people learn new coping skills to be able to uplift themselves and imagine a better life. At U&I we strive to help you be an independent individual. U&I will help build your confidence and self-esteem by creating goals to meet your specific needs. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with years of experience in the Juvenile Justice system. I have worked with many families and adolescents of all cultural backgrounds and gender identities in residential programs, as an outpatient therapist and providing in-home Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT).
