I work with patients who are navigating identity, family, and emotional wellbeing. Many carry the weight of generational expectations, unspoken trauma, or cultural narratives that no longer reflect who they are. They may struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, or relationship challenges rooted in family dynamics or inherited beliefs. They’re exploring identity or breaking cycles of emotional suppression, over-responsibility, or perfectionism. Together, we honor their roots while setting healthy boundaries, so they can speak their truth without guilt and build a life aligned with their authentic self. I specialize in working with people navigating identity exploration, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and low self-esteem. I’m especially passionate about supporting Black and Latinx patients, and those exploring sexuality, gender identity, or non-traditional relationships. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and inclusive of all expressions of self.
