Hi! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Connecticut with years of experience supporting individuals on their path toward healing and growth. I earned my Master’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University and have dedicated my career to helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, and depression with confidence and clarity. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to process life’s challenges. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop practical tools for managing difficult emotions, and move toward becoming the healthiest, most empowered version of yourself. Therapy is a collaborative, goal-oriented process designed to increase insight, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, reduce emotional distress, and enhance adaptive coping skills. My aim is to help clients build on their strengths, improve overall functioning, and experience greater psychological well-being.
