“Healing begins when you feel truly seen—often beyond words.” Helping people find emotional stability and clarity is at the heart of my work. I believe meaningful healing starts with understanding what is truly shaping your inner experience: emotionally, physically, and beneath the surface. At times, emotional struggles can be influenced by physiological or systemic factors, and part of my role is to help bring clarity to what may be contributing to how you’re feeling. When appropriate, I also help clients connect with additional resources beyond therapy. A core part of my work includes energy psychology. As a holistic psychotherapist, I use this approach to address the root of emotional pain in a way that feels supportive and contained, without overwhelming the nervous system. The work is focused on integration, insight, and steady progress that feels sustainable.
