About

I am a queer Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a focus on sex, love, and relationships. My work is shaped by both my lived experiences and my professional background, which inform a deeply humanistic and relational approach to therapy. I hold a deep understanding of how hard life can be, how people often carry pain, disconnection, and pressure to keep going without adequate support. I believe we are meant to heal in connection, and therapy can be a meaningful place to begin rebuilding safety, trust, and belonging. I provide affirming support to individuals and couples navigating ruptures, neurodivergence, parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. I approach therapy with the foundational belief that you are the expert of your own experience.
