If you're ready to start then I'm ready to be by your side. I have experience working with a wide variety of clients, however, my specialty area is the eating disorder population. I work with individual adult clients only. My approach to therapy is eclectic. I believe this allows each client the opportunity to actively undertake therapy in the way best suited to their personality and their characteristics. My orientation is largely Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
