I am dedicated to supporting all who enter my office, regardless of the reasons for seeking counseling. I believe it is a privilege to be entrusted with your story, and my goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples create the changes in their lives and relationships that help them build the life they love living. I believe that strengthening communication, connection, and intimacy, ultimately building strong relationships and strong families, is key to a great life. I enjoy working with individuals and couples ready to heal from past and current trauma. I am trained to help clients work towards healing from abuse, including partner betrayal and infidelity, narcissistic and sexual abuse, and other relational traumas. I also enjoy working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
