Life has no shortage of challenges. Are you in need of a safe space to talk through yours? Has something been weighing on you that you should probably explore? If you’re ready to take your first steps toward healing, self-improvement and healthy resolutions I am here to assist. I firmly believe that when we aim to heal our minds we subsequently heal our bodies. My specialty is in assisting persons with disabilities and/or their caretakers/loved ones manage those emotions that accompany such a tribulation. A particular passion of mine is supporting those who are coping with Sickle Cell Disease.
