All things in life need a little TLC sometimes - seeking help while taking one day at a time is the bravest thing you can do to help sort through the stress, chaos and challenges that are weighing on you. Perhaps you are facing some big life changes, motivated to improve your work-life balance, burdened by worry, flooded by negative thoughts, or hoping to work on your communication style to better your relationships. This process can seem so overwhelming at first, and I would love to help you through it so you can accomplish your goals. I am a person-centered, relationship-based therapist with experience in areas such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma-informed care; I am also a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist. I believe that progress can be found with a warm and honest working relationship with someone who can offer a listening ear and provide genuine, empathic feedback.
