Helping others has always been a passion of mine, and I have been working with children, young adults and families in the mental health field for over 15 years. I have experience in outpatient clinics, medical practices, a therapeutic school, and doing home-based support. As someone who has lived with type 1 diabetes since a child, I am focused on working with individuals with chronic illnesses. I am more generally interested in supporting clients with managing their anxiety, depression, and grief. Although I feel every client benefits from an individualized treatment plan, I typically utilize cognitive behavioral therapy.
