I am so happy you found your way here. My practice, Earthembody is a deep, effective and gentle somatic work that is available to individuals, teens, mothers, couples and groups where all of you is welcome. I bring a deep somatic understanding and presence that empowers you to discover how you live in your body. My somatic, experiential approach to healing provides a visceral and real way to effect change in one's energy, body, and belief systems. Working in collaboration, we use mindfulness to explore your patterns. My work helps to heal from trauma, relational issues and explores anxiety, trauma, fear, connection, and resources.
