Aimee has worked with adults, teens and families for 20 years; She specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Her approach is strength-based, solution focused and her overarching goal is to support clients in developing skill sets while processing past traumas. Aimee has a keen ability to connect with all ages; but her primary focus has been teens and adults for the past decade. Aimee has also expanded her practice to include video therapy, phone calls and walk/talk therapy to better meet the needs of clients.
