Hi there, I'm Aimee! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I was a peer counselor in high school and have worked in some form of mental health care for 16 years. I typically work with adolescents, adults, and mature adults. I am most comfortable treating PTSD, other trauma and stressor-related disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, self-harm, dissociative disorders, and paraphilic disorders. I most commonly use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as my therapeutic approach. I am also well-trained in CBT, EMDR, and Strength-based therapy. I am also a registered Art Therapist and I specialize in trauma.
