Hi there, I'm Aimee! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I most commonly use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as my therapeutic approach. I work hard to help people pinpoint the changes they want to see in their life and assist with navigating the path toward a values driven and meaningful life. Many of us like to avoid uncomfortable feelings. I like to help people get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable. In the first session, I'll review basic policies, gather information to assess what we will be working on, and allow you to get a feel for whether we are a good fit. I'll review the stages of therapy and what to expect from future sessions as well as my style of therapy and how we will approach your concerns.
