Big feelings can be challenging for little kids and even more demanding for the grown-ups trying to help them. If your child (ages 3 - 12) is struggling with anxiety, meltdowns, social challenges, sensory sensitivities, or hearing loss, you’re in the right place. I help kids feel more confident, calm, and connected, and help grown-ups feel less overwhelmed and more supported. As a mom myself, I get how challenging parenting can be. I also know the relief that comes when your child starts to thrive emotionally, make friends more easily, and manage their big feelings in healthier ways. My own health journey, including a brain tumor, hearing loss, and a frustrating experience with the healthcare system, pushed me to create something better. I became a Doctor of Audiology and a licensed mental health counselor with a background in teaching and school counseling. Now, I offer a space where kids feel safe to explore, play, and grow.
