Hello! My name is Aimee and I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover greater clarity, connection, and resilience. I have experience supporting adults living with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. Before becoming a therapist, I served in the Army National Guard, an experience that shaped my deep respect for the strength and complexity of the human mind. That time also informed my understanding of trauma, identity, and transition. I am currently working with Therapist Cooperative Practice in Duluth, MN. I offer in-person appointments Mon-Tue and telehealth Wed-Fri.
