I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, including those who are queer, questioning, transgender, nonbinary, and exploring identity or relationships outside of traditional norms. Many of my clients identify as neurodivergent, kinky, or polyamorous, or are navigating alternative lifestyles. They often feel misunderstood, unseen, or pressured to explain themselves in other spaces. They are seeking therapy that is affirming, nonjudgmental, and grounded—where they can explore their experiences openly, without having to educate or censor themselves. I offer affirming, sex-positive, and identity-aware therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, relationships, identity exploration, and life transitions. My work is collaborative and respectful, supporting clients in understanding themselves more deeply while building emotional resilience, clarity, and self-trust.
