Therapy with me is active, honest, and time-limited. When I taught my children how to ride a bike, I let go of the back long before they realized they were pedaling on their own. I see my role as a therapist in the same way. I value your time and money and won’t waste either. My work helps you recognize patterns, build emotional strength, take accountability and let go of what you can’t change. I offer individual therapy and highly encourage participation in a small, supportive group. Current groups: Emerging Adults (25–30), Transitions for Women 55+, The Mother Load (mother–daughter relationships), and a support group for nurses. I owned a staffing business and worked in the staffing and recruitment industry for almost two decades, giving me valuable insight into the challenges faced by professionals, including substance abuse, cognitive distortions and workplace dynamics
