With compassion and humor, my goal is to create a supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can safely share your unique personal story. I specialize in working with adults (18+) experiencing Trauma/PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, neurodivergence, Veteran-related concerns, and/or women's issues. Using strength-based, trauma-informed practices, I incorporate mindfulness, grounding and coping skills, and/or Expressive Arts Therapy to support your healing, and foster resilience. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Art Therapist licensed in Massachusetts and am only able to work with individuals residing in Massachusetts.
